Account & Registration

Go to primogame.net/register, fill in your email address, choose a username, and set a password. Then complete the Personal Information step with your full name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. After submitting, you'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. The whole process takes about three minutes.

The minimum age is 21 years, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is part of the KYC process and is enforced during registration and account verification. Anyone found to be under 21 will have their account suspended and any activity voided.

First, check your spam or junk folder — verification emails from Primo Game occasionally land there. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at support@primogame.net and we'll resend a new verification link to your registered email address right away.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent within two minutes. Click the link, set a new password, and log in. Reset links expire after 30 minutes — if yours has expired, simply request a new one.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of Primo Game's Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you believe you accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately.

Primo Game accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo or scan of your chosen ID. Proof of payment method may also be required for first withdrawals. KYC is required under Philippine gaming regulations and protects your account.
Deposits

Log in to your Primo Game account and go to Deposit and Withdrawal. Select GCash as your payment method, enter the amount you want to deposit, and confirm. You'll be redirected to the GCash authentication flow — confirm the transaction on your GCash app. Funds are credited to your Primo Game balance instantly.

The minimum deposit at Primo Game is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual e-wallet daily limits (such as GCash's ₱100,000 daily cap) apply. For bank transfers and larger deposits, contact support if you need to discuss higher transaction amounts.

GCash deposits are almost always instant, but occasional network delays can cause a short lag. Wait up to five minutes and refresh your Primo Game balance. If the funds still haven't appeared, contact support at support@primogame.net and include your GCash transaction reference number — we'll locate and credit the deposit manually if necessary.

Primo Game does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your balance. Your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees in some cases — check with them directly if you're unsure.
Withdrawals

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet) typically take 1–2 business days. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing — this is a security step. VIP Club Gold tier and above receive priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal at Primo Game is ₱200. There is no minimum for GCash or Maya. For bank transfers, a minimum of ₱500 applies due to transaction fee structures from partner banks. You can only withdraw to a payment method that has been verified on your account.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC verification not yet complete, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used for the deposit (for anti-money-laundering reasons), or a technical issue with your banking provider. Check your email for a notification from Primo Game explaining the reason, or contact support directly.

Yes, any active bonus funds in your account must meet their wagering requirements before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Your real money balance (the amount you deposited, minus any bets placed from that balance) can be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions. If a match is officially cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned to your balance. For postponed matches, Primo Game follows a standard policy: if the match is replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets remain valid. Otherwise, they are voided and stakes refunded.

Yes. Primo Game supports parlay (accumulator) bets across most sports markets. Add multiple selections to your bet slip and choose the parlay option to combine them into a single bet with a higher potential payout. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out.
