Primo Game Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Definitions

When these Terms and Conditions use the following terms, here is what they mean:

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on Primo Game, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

Each person may hold only one Primo Game account. 3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes once approved. Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to one business day.
• You must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Primo Game reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Bronze ₱50,000 / Silver ₱100,000 / Gold ₱200,000 / Platinum ₱500,000 / Diamond — negotiable.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Primo Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Each bonus offer states clearly which players are eligible. Most deposit bonuses require you to opt in before or during the qualifying deposit.
• Rollover requirements: All Bonus Credits carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. Your current VIP tier determines your applicable rollover multiplier: Bronze 30x, Silver 25x, Gold 20x, Platinum 15x, Diamond 10x. The rollover amount is calculated on the bonus value only, not on the deposit.
• Eligible games: Unless stated otherwise, all real-money wagers on Primo Game sports betting, fishing games, and live casino contribute 100% toward clearing rollover requirements.

• Bet placement: A bet is only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation reference number from Primo Game. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — Primo Game reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without explanation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Minimum stake: ₱10 per bet on most markets. Specific minimums may apply to certain promotions or bet types.

7 Fishing Games Rules

Fishing games at Primo Game operate on a real-money shoot-to-win mechanic. The following additional rules apply specifically to this game category:

• Bullet costs, fish values, and multiplier ranges are displayed within each game and may vary between titles. Players should review these before play.
• Special weapons (torpedo, freeze cannon, thunderstorm) consume additional credits when activated. These costs are deducted from your Real Money Balance immediately upon use.
• Winnings from fishing games are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time as catches are registered by the game server.
• In multiplayer fishing game rooms, all players are subject to the same game conditions simultaneously. Primo Game does not control which players are present in a shared room.
• Any apparent glitch, freeze, or game interruption should be reported immediately to support. Do not continue play if a technical issue is suspected — Primo Game cannot adjust outcomes retroactively based on unrecorded sessions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Primo Game platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
